This notice has been prepared by Occali (Nova Isıtma Soğutma Sistemleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.) as the data controller, pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

- Providing information about our products and services
- Conducting dealer / B2B processes
- Ensuring site security and preventing abuse
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK; where necessary for the establishment/performance of a contract, upon your request, and within the legitimate interests of the data controller. Where required, your explicit consent is obtained.
5. Transfer of Data
Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be shared — with appropriate security measures — with our hosting and email service providers, and with authorised public authorities where legally required.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods; thereafter it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request deletion/destruction, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit requests regarding your rights to info@occali.com.tr. Your applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
